Dr. Matthew E. Sprong, PhD, CRC, LCPC, CADC, CLCP is the CEO and Rehabilitation Consultant for Oak Leaf Consulting Group, LLC. He has over 10 years of experience testifying as a Vocational and Life-care planning expert in private practice, and holds joint appointments as an Assistant Professor at Lock Haven University, and a Rehabilitation Counselor at the Department of Veteran Affairs. He has over 35 professional peer-reviewed journal article publications, and over 60 professional presentations at the National, State, and Local Levels. He is currently a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor, Certified Life Care Planner, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, and Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor.
